MANILA, Philippines -- For actress Bea Alonzo, hard work comes with a great motivation. She wants to be able to continue her studies someday.
Entering showbiz at age 15, Bea had to put her studies on hold. She vows to return to studying and hopes to finish a degree in college soon.
“Kasi ako, sa buhay ko, I always go with the flow. Ngayon, binibigyan ako ng maraming oportunidad sa buhay and I always say this sa mga interviews ko na baligtad yung sitwasyon ko. Yung iba, they study to be able to work in the future. Ako, I work for me to be able to study kasi walang magpapaaral sa akin,” the 23-year-old Kapamilya actress said in a recent interview on “The Buzz.”
Although earning at a young age, Bea, as described by host Toni Gonzaga, still has the edge among other degree holders.
Praised as the best actress of her generation, Bea said that she loves her craft so much and no one can retire her in showbiz except herself.
After the success of “Magkaribal,” Bea returns to TV via “Guns and Roses,” with first time leading man Robin Padilla. She also just wrapped up the comedy film “Pak! Pak! My Dr. Kwak!” with Vic Sotto.
