A fire of undetermined origin razed an old warehouse at the Food Terminal Complex in Taguig City before dawn Friday, television and radio reports said.
A report on radio dzBB said the fire started at 11:55 p.m. Thursday and reached Task Force Delta before it was placed under control at 2:50 a.m. Friday.
No one was initially reported injured in the fire, Metro Manila fire marshal Chief Superintendent Santiago Laguna said.
Firefighters had a hard time getting the fire under control since the warehouse contained combustible plastic items, the report said.
A GMA News report said authorities estimated the damage to be about P10 million.
