Hotel heiress Paris Hilton is no longer just a fan of Filipino boxing icon and Sarangani Rep. Emmanuel “Manny" Pacquiao – she is now a textmate of Pacquiao’s wife Jinkee.
Pacquiao, who returned to Manila Saturday after his conquest of Sugar Shane Mosley in Las Vegas, said Hilton is also due to visit the Philippines in three months’ time.
“Karangalan ko (na) iniidolo niya ako sa boxing at nanood siya... Magka-textmate na sila ni Jinkee (It was an honor for me to know she idolizes me in boxing, and that she watched my latest fight. She is now a textmate of Jinkee)," he said in an interview on dzBB radio.
“Bibisita yata rito si Paris kay Jinkee three months from now," he added.
Last weekend, Hilton was in Las Vegas to watch Pacquiao and Mosley fight in the ring.
Hilton, 30, is a great-granddaughter of Conrad Hilton, the founder of Hilton Hotels.
She was known for her controversial participation in a sex tape in 2003, and appearance on the television series “The Simple Life" with fellow socialite and childhood friend Nicole Richie.
“Pacquiao is the Champion! Pac Man is an incredible fighter!" she said in her Twitter account, after judges announced a unanimous decision in favor of Pacquiao.
Hilton later posed for a photo with Pacquiao, and reportedly hinted about a coming trip to the Philippines, supposedly for a business venture she’s looking to set up in the country.
