Bob Arum, CEO of Top Rank Promotions, said in an ambush TMZ interview that Manny Pacquiao will be facing Mexican Juan Manuel Marquez for a fifth time, and that he was just waiting for the Filipino ring icon to return from vacation to start hammering out a deal.
In a video interview with TMZ Sports, Arum confirmed, "Pacquiao is now in Israel, and he'll be coming back to do another fight with Juan Manuel Marquez,"

"That was a great fight," Arum added. "He [Pacquiao] ran into a really good right hand and we'll see what happens next time."

Pacquiao had been KO-ed by Marquez in the sixth round of their welterweight battle for the WBO Champion of the Decade title early in December. It was the first time Marquez had beaten Pacquiao in four outings.

Arum also admitted that as a result of Pacquiao's loss, there probably wouldn't ever be a Pacquiao versus Floyd Mayweather Jr. bout, saying, "Life goes on."

Pacquiao-Marquez IV drew 1.15 million buys on HBO, Arum had previously told ESPN, a little less than Pacquiao-Marquez III, which had 1.25 million buys.
