MANILA, Philippines - Four babies were born at the Dr. Jose Fabella Memorial Hospital in Manila on New Year’s Eve.
Dr. Roberto Montaña, a senior house officer at Fabella, said two of the babies were twin girls born at 11:50 p.m. and at midnight. Hospitals do not keep a special list of children born at the turn of the year, but the births are constantly covered by media who call them New Year babies.
