Sonny Escudero, 69


The father of Sen. Francis “Chiz” Escudero, former Agriculture Minister and recently Sorsogon Rep. Salvador Escudero III, yesterday succumbed to colon cancer. He was 69.
Escudero passed away at 3:30 in the morning in his Quezon City home following a two-year bout with the disease.
