MANILA, Philippines - Newbie actress Queenie Padilla, daughter of action star Robin Padilla, is the latest addition to the female stars who are hoping to work with ABS-CBN's contract star John Lloyd Cruz.
In an interview, Padilla said she wishes to work with Cruz, whom she described as a great actor.
"Sobrang galing niyang umarte," Padilla said.
The actress said that aside from Cruz's acting prowess, she believes that she will learn more about acting with the help of Cruz.
"Siguro kapag nakasama ko siya madami din akong matututunan sa kanya," Padilla added.
Currently, Cruz is busy taping "Imortal" with Angel Locsin, who also announced her dream to work with Cruz even before they did their series.
Padilla, on the other hand, is going to star in her dad's upcoming movie "Tum: My Pledge of Love" with Mariel Rodriguez as Robin's leading lady.
