MANILA, Philippines - The Department of Education suspended classes in the elementary and high school levels in Quezon City on Monday, July 25, due to the State of the Nation Address.
DepEd spokesman Kenneth Tirado said the class suspension applies to both public and private high schools in Quezon City.
