Vice Ganda clears the air on rumored rift with Vic del Rosario and concert director GB Sampedro

MANILA,Philippines – Comedian Vice Ganda has finally found the perfect opportunity to address his rumoured rift with his “Eto Na.... Vice Ganda: Todong Sample sa Araneta” prodducer Vic del Rosario and director GB Sampedro.

Vice hesitated to talk on the matter when the issue surfaced a few months back because “‘pag ako ang nagsalita may mga taong mapapahiya."

Kaya lang kasi may mga taong mapapahamak ‘pag nagsalita ako nang totoo,” he said at his solo presscon for Globe Imperial Palace Aug. 29.

Rumors have it that Sampedro nearly staged a walkout after he got miffed by Vice’s attitude during the rehearsal for the concert.

It was also reported that del Rosario’s absence during the concert was caused by Vice’s alleged demand of P1 million additional talent fee to cover up for the absence of Sarah Geronimo in his concert.

Just the same, the comedian explained his side.

As for del Rosario, Vice was brave enough to admit that “nagkaroon kami ng hindi pagkakaintindihan."

“Honestly, sasabihin ko ngayon pa lang, sumama ang loob ko kay Boss Vic pero na-resolve na namin,” he said.

But he maintains that, “ang totoo, hindi si Boss Vic ang sumama ang loob, ako ‘yung sumama ang loob kay Boss Vic pero na-resolve namin ni Boss Vic nang maayos kaya natapos at nagawa namin ang show nang matiwasay.”

To prove that all’s well that ends well between him and the Viva producer, Vice shared that “right after the concert they were asking for a repeat."

‘Yung

'Private Benjamin' is under Viva Films.

The controversial “Showtime” resident judge hopes to end the issue.

Mas masaya ‘yung maraming kaibigan kaysa maraming kaaway.”
