Two LPAs spotted, rains expected over Luzon

A DOST-PAGASA satellite image as of 8:32 a.m. Wednesday shows a southwest monsoon affecting Luzon.




PAGASA also reported that two low-pressure areas have entered the PHL area of responsibility. Rains are expected over the rest of Luzon.
